Waits end here. TATA is about to launch its subcompact sedan TATA TIGOR which is showcased in Auto Expo 2016 in New Delhi. Important to note it’s not KITE 5 neither a compact sedan, IT’S A STYLEBACK.

It may have same technical from the Tiago – the 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and the 1-litre Revotorq diesel engines and it seems like it have much space inside.
The Tigor features beautiful chrome strip that extends between its tail-lights and an LED stop lamp at the top of the rear windscreen.

It may have additional features such as a reverse camera, larger alloy wheels, a rear-centre armrest, climate control and a Harman audio system with Bluetooth, USB and Aux ports. Top-spec trims will also come with a touchscreen infotainment system, similar to the one seen on the Hexa.
Mayank Pareek, president, passenger vehicle business unit, Tata Motors said in a statement, “After Hexa, we are speeding towards our next market introduction, the Tata Tigor which opens a new category of style and attitude in this segment. The break-free design dynamics of Tata Tigor makes it India’s 1st Styleback,”
With expected prizing from 5 Lakh to 5.5 Lakh TIGOR can placed Maruti Suzuki DZire, Hyundai Xcent , Ford Figo Aspire & Honda Amaze.
It is expected that it will launch at the end of March but nobody from TATA didn’t confirmed it’s commercial launching date yet
